Hello, my name is Adrian TRUFiT, I am a husband and a father of a 4 year old boy and a 9 year old girl. I am also the CEO of TRUFiT.

I lead a very active and busy life and at age 46 I am the fittest both physically and mentally, the most confident and balanced I have ever been. 

It hasn't always been like this for me. After turning 40 my life made a turn for the worst. I found myself depressed, not motivated, over weight and extremely unhappy. The all so common mid-life crisis was compounded by some personal and professional events in my life and I literally hit an emotional rock bottom.  

I reached a point where I knew I finally wanted to make a change. When I finally decided to do something, the journey of life for me continued with a new focus, a new purpose, new meaning a new me.  

I used exercise and mental conditioning to rebuild my life post 40. I felt very fortunate that I had the know how to physically get myself back into shape but it was even more important for me to be honest with myself and start to become stronger mentally. 

I embraced exercise and made it a part of my life. I looked forward to going on vacation so I could experience running in new places watching the sun rise, I call it experiential exercise. I looked within and set attainable but challenging goals. There's a lot of soul searching you can do swimming alone in the water for a hour. I wanted to treat my body better so I could perform better.  

Nutrition became very important to me, nothing extreme just wiser choices. This had a profound impact on how I looked at the nutrition for my children.  

I want people to know and understand you can change your life no matter what it is. If you are really ready to make that change.  Whatever it may be you that you are trying to accomplish whether that is losing 20 lbs or completing your first marathon or triathlon, it is not a physical challenge it is a mental challenge. 

The quick fix mentality is a real issue and with so many unreliable sources on the internet it is very difficult to find the right information. More importantly, information that is going to get you results.  Once you have a better understanding of food, supplements and nutrition as a whole you will be in a great position to finally lose the weight and keep it off. 

Many people say they want to do something but are not really ready for the challenge.  You literally have to change your lifestyle but change it in such a way that is sustainable.  

Being TRUFiT is not about being in great shape, getting a six pack or coming first in a race, TRUFiT is a lifestyle, its a way of life, I am TRUFiT.  Finally wanting to make a change and having the ability to make it happen are two challenges.  

I knew that there were and still are many people out there looking to make a change but don't know how. This is why I created TRUFiT.  I wanted to create a place that would help you completely restart your fitness and nutritional philosophy, training and making life changes to live a fun, productive, healthy and balanced life. Going in the right direction and having the right motivation and support will help you do things you never thought you could do.  

If you are struggling with confidence and self esteem I truly believe there are things you can start doing right now to begin your transformation.  It brings me great pleasure to see the amazing results and transformations, TRUFiT is becoming more than I could have imagined.  

Individually it is touching and helping people in so many ways.  Not just the amazing weight loss many have experienced but the increase in confidence, I've seen many go from flab to fit and from fit to fab. 

I've seen the joy on many faces after they have finally built up the strength to do their first to push up or the courage and strength rebuild, refocus and live again.  

Being TRUFiT is not just about being physically and mentally fit, its a well balanced lifestyle that makes you truly TRUFiT.

Dear Adrian,

I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how thankful I am that I found TRUFiT and what it means to me. This program has honestly changed my life. While I made a transformation on the outside, the biggest one has taken place on the inside. I can take on anything life throws at me and I have you to thank for that. 

TRUFiT has become like a sanctuary to me - a place where I am welcomed and not judged. The people I have met have inspired me and pushed me even if they didn't know it.

Hi my name is Matt and I am currently 19 years old. I have struggled with weight my entire life, but I will struggle no more. 

Going into my freshman year of high school, I was at a pretty healthy weight roughly 170 pounds and 5’8”, but still not in great shape. As a I grew over the next few years, I began to pack on the pounds. After my junior year, I weighed about 215 pounds and stood 6’1” tall. I didn’t really notice that I was overweight because I refused to see myself as that, however, my eyes were opened one day when I saw a picture of myself next to my younger brother and noticed how large I really was.

I realized that I did not want to look like that anymore, so I immediately hit the gym. I began doing personal training at a random gym I found over the summer between my junior and senior year, and while I gained some muscle mass, I just could not seem to get below the 205-pound mark.

Once the school year started, I continued personal training 3 times a week before school.. I began noticing some change in my body composition and I was beginning to feel good about myself, but I still wasn’t where I wanted to be. 

I was at a water polo camp over Christmas break, and I severely dislocated my shoulder. My labrum was completely torn off (the doctor said he could not even find any remnants of it), and my bicep was partially torn.

That is when things began to go downhill. I had to stop all physical activity, and I was scheduled to have surgery February 2016. My eating habits began to spiral out of control. I found myself eating incredibly large amounts of processed foods and desserts every day as my after school snack, and I began picking fried foods over healthier options. I was quickly losing my will power. I began to gain weight like crazy, and again I chose to ignore the fact that I was becoming overweight. I now weighted 225 pounds.

It was the start of summer ’16, and I was on the verge of become obese. I began to look for a place to work out, but I wanted a place that had fun personal training, quick workouts, a results that showed quickly. That is when I found TRUFiT. I got in touch with Adrian and instantly I knew that he was a guy who knows his stuff.

So I went in, figured out when to work out and hit the ground running. What was great about his workouts was the flexibility that came with them. Since my shoulder was nowhere near 100%, he helped me manipulate the 15 various workouts so that I could keep my shoulder safe and still burn hundreds of calories.

Starting out July 2016, I went 4 times a week to Adrian’s classes, and I saw results very quickly. Adrian’s workouts were great because I was always motivated, due to the quick results I saw. That is why TRUFiT is so great; it keeps your workout at 34 minutes, and still kicks your butt at the same time.

Another thing is that it never gets boring. Adrian blasts great music during each workout, and he is constantly making new playlists with amazing songs so you will never be bored. More than anything though, he is a guy that genuinely cares about each of his clients. Every time I walk through the door, he greets me with a huge smile on his face that is extremely contagious, and he is full of energy which rubs off on to everyone there.

Over the course of the next four months, I worked my tail off and ate healthy in order to maximize my results. In the end, I dropped 41 pounds in 4 months and currently weigh in at 184 pounds.

One thing I want you to take away from this is that anyone can do this no matter what age you are. I am a freshman in college, and if I can do it, you can do it too. But, do it the right way. TRUFiT will get you the results you want in record time. The only thing that stands between you and that dream body of yours is your excuses. That is what held me from getting in shape for 18 years, but I am here to tell you that if you move past those excuses, you will achieve anything you put your mind to.

After the transformation I experienced, I am proud to say that I am TRUFiT client number one. In May of 2014, I was immediately drawn in by Adrian due to his amazingly optimistic personality and immaculate boutique style gym. 

After being extremely active with athletics throughout my childhood and teenage years, I endured a slump after having a child and was unable to escape the downward spiral. When I started personal training at TRUFiT, I was 258 pounds. 

After four months of twice a week personal training, plus three or four days a week of TRUFiT high intensity interval training classes, and diet modification, the weight fell off. By the end of August, I was 185 pounds with 8 inches off my waist, while being significantly stronger.

In a TRUFiT personal training session, you can always expect something different. After having tried going solo at the local gym for years and failing on each occasion, this was paramount to me. Adrian always formulated a circuit of exercises, designed for you to build muscle while maintaining a high heart rate that ensured fat burning. 

In TRUFiT, you will find a lot of the standard equipment at your LA Fitness, but the real results come from the variety of equipment being used that you would not find at a standard gym. From agility exercises on a floor ladder, to stationary lateral ropes, Adrian always has something new to prevent monotonous workouts.

During the summer, I traveled fairly frequently and Adrian made sure that this did not become an excuse to not achieve my weight loss goal. As such, he put together a workout routine for the full duration of my trips and made it simple to follow. 

After reviewing my eating habits early on, he also continued to monitor and tweak my diet based on my ongoing needs. This included providing specific ingredient lists for smoothies, and recipes for simple to make meals that taste great while being amazingly healthy.

Finally, TRUFiT’s classes are truly one of a kind. They are all based on the same premise: one minute blocks of high intensity interval training exercises, synchronized to different great music for each block. You do fifteen total exercises, with three built in breaks after each five and then repeat the process. All of these are down while your heart rate is monitored and shown on one of his massive projector screens. While being challenging, the exercises are on a massive rotation such that the workout is never boring.

In short, if you are lacking that motivation to achieve your ideal fitness goals, while looking and feeling great, stop by TRUFiT and seek a consultation. Adrian will not disappoint and you will immediately know what you are missing out on by not becoming a TRUFiT member.

I Lost 25 lbs in 4 Months
When I met Adrian I immediately connected with him. He shared his story of getting fit with me and struggled with many of the same challenges (excuses) I had, my age, my back, young child, extensive travel schedule etc. 

I was unhappy with my weight and fitness level. There was a time in my life when I was fit and ate healthy but I did not have the motivation to get back to that place again.
